Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number. You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us that you are withdrawing from the purchase.

Because our products are food supplements, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened and still sealed in their original packaging, for hygiene reasons. Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Return shipping and return address

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and for the goods until they reach us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and keep your proof of postage. Contact us through our contact page for the return address.

If the item you received is faulty, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered, please contact us. In that case we cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm that the products are unopened and sealed, we will refund the price of the returned products to your original payment method within 14 days. No card or payment processing fees are deducted.

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not offer a money-back guarantee beyond the legal right of withdrawal described above.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it is dispatched. Please contact us through our contact page as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellations must be made in writing.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it under the right of withdrawal described above. Refunds are made to your original payment method, with no card or payment processing fees deducted.
